You will be notified if we must cancel due to weather conditions. You will either be refunded the full amount or we can reschedule.

48-hour cancellation by email is required to receive a refund.

Yes, we do. Please contact hqencounters@gmail.com for booking for large groups.

Dress comfortably, wear close-toed shoes and be sure to bring your camera!

You can reserve a time below. Once you reserve your time and pay for your reservation, you’ll receive confirmation via email along with a link to sign a waiver. Each person must fill out a waiver. Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by an adult/guardian.
